Summer at the Foot of the Zugspitze
The Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena now live up to their reputation as a family-friendly destination in summer as well. In addition to the brand-new Family Bike Trails, adventurous families will find a wide range of sporty, family-friendly, yet also quiet and completely nature-based highlights in the new Zugspitzpark from summer 2026 onwards. Even the journey to Ehrwald is stress-free and toll-free. Once there, visitors benefit from an excellent infrastructure with dining options to suit every taste.

The Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen are now in full swing during summer as well. On the mountain, plenty of action awaits the whole family: from the top station of the Wettersteinbahn, it’s only a few steps to the Family Bike Trails, the Forest Slide Park, exciting themed trails and cozy alpine huts.
