The ideal place to recharge your batteries in between or to end a long day on the slopes in a great atmosphere: The Gamsalm impresses with its great hospitality as well as its family-friendly premises and outdoor areas. The guests of the Gamsalm are spoiled with homemade cakes as well as regional dishes from the Tyrolean cuisine, with a bit of Italian culinary art, delicious Bavarian beer and fine wines. Tip: Kaiserschmarrn on the Gamsalm is legendary!

Located at the heart of the Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen ski resort, the hut is the perfect place for skiers, hikers and families with up to 130 seats inside, another 150 outside and a courteous and dedicated staff.

The amazing view from the sun terrace includes the Zugspitze and far beyond that, the valley of Ehrwald, Lermoos and Biberwier.

If it's uncomfortable outside, it's cosy and warm inside in the friendly, wood-panelled Alpine hut with a tiled stove and a large cast iron stove.
